CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY In order to reserve your place aboard a public cruise, payment is required in full prior to your cruise at the time of booking. This payment IS NON-REFUNDABLE. A ONE TIME reservation change is permitted ONLY if you make arrangements to reschedule your cruise 72 hours in advance of your cruise time and date, sorry no exceptions. Guests seeking reservation changes within 72 Hours of the cruise time / date will be allowed at a change order fee of $10 per ticketed reservation. NO Refunds will be honored inside of the 72 hours prior to your reservation. Be sure to check your cruise departure port and time printed on your boarding pass. Boats depart PROMPTLY at the scheduled departure time. If you miss the cruise for any reason, we will consider you a no show and your tickets will be forfeited by our ticketing system: no refunds will be given and reservations may not be rescheduled for “no-show” reservations, sorry no exceptions. All public cruises require a minimum number of reservations to depart. Tickets purchased for cruises cancelled due to lack of participation will be honored on alternative cruise dates or a refund will be issued at the guest’s request. In the event of cancellation of the cruise, you will be notified within 24 hours of your scheduled cruise time. Public cruises depart rain or shine. In the event of severe weather, portion(s) or your cruise may be held dockside in compliance of safety regulations. No refunds will be issued as a result of weather. Online reservations for public cruises may be made for a maximum of 15 guests. Beverages may be purchased during your cruise for additional prices. Gratuity for onboard staff is not included; please tip your service crew. Public cruise vessels are determined by Al and Alma’s, with the exception of signature events, cruises take place aboard the yacht determined by Al and Alma’s and are subject to change without notice. PRIVACY POLICY Al and Alma’s Supper Club Corp is the leading public dinning cruise and charter yacht company in Minnesota and our goal is to provide unsurpassed service to our guests. Because we value your patronage and respect your privacy rights, we are providing you with this statement of Al and Alma’s Supper Club Corp Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy applies to Personal Information (as defined below) collected by Al and Alma’s Web Site. I. PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT ABOUT YOU "Personal Information" is information through which you can be identified. Personal Information that Al and Alma’s may collect from you directly includes but is not limited to your name, date of birth, postal address(s), e-mail address(s), telephone number(s), fax number, credit card information, purchase and reservation information, and other information that you voluntarily provide. This Personal Information is collected by e-mail, through mail-in forms, through online and on-board applications you complete, and through other activities with Al and Alma’s. II. HOW WE USE THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT Al and Almas will not use your Personal Information for uses prohibited by the provisions of the Telemarketing and Consumer Fraud and Abuse Prevention Act or the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003. Al and Alma’s will never share, sell or distribute your personal information. III. DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION WE COLLECT Al and Alma’s will not sell, trade, or disclose to third parties any Personal Information obtained through Al and Alma’s without your consent. Al and Alma’s may disclose Personal Information: (1) to comply with a court order, subpoena, search warrant or other legal process; (2) to comply with legal, regulatory or administrative requirements of any governmental authorities; (3) to protect and defend Al and Alma’s. SECURITY General Information and Personal Information collected by Al and Alma’s Supper Club Corp is stored on secure servers. The secure servers are protected by firewalls and other standard security procedures. The secure servers are not generally accessible by unauthorized third parties, but could become accessible in the event of a security breach. No security system is impenetrable. In the event of a breach of the security of Al and Alma’s system that involves a breach in the security of Personal Information wherein unencrypted Personal Information was, or is reasonably believed to have been, acquired by an unauthorized person, Al and Alma’s will notify all parties whose Personal Information was breached as expediently as possible and without unreasonable delay, in accordance with the notification procedures of Al and Alma’s information security policy.
